Applications
You may apply for your benefits online at Veterans Online Application System. If you don't have the capability to apply online, you can call:
1-888-GI BILL-1 (1-888-442-4551) to have a form mailed to you. You may also receive an application form at our office and we can assist you in filling them out.
Reimbursement for Licensing and Certification Tests
In addition, you can receive reimbursement for licensing and certification tests. These tests must be specifically approved for the GI Bill. VA can pay only for the cost of the tests, up to $2,000.00, and not other fees connected with obtaining a license or certification. Payment is issued after you submit proof of payment, etc. to the VA.
